Dust to Dawn Fashions Inc. use the tracking information provided by our carriers to conclude a successful delivery. If you have not received your package with in the expected delivery date and time please contact the carrier.
If you will not be there to receive your shipment and it is left outside, Dust to Dawn Fashions Inc. is not responsible for damaged or stolen merchandise after it is delivered. Please leave special instructions to your mail carrier for where your shipment can be delivered if you will not be available to receive your shipment. If a customer refuse to accept their shipment and it is returned to us, you initial shipment cost will not be credited. If you like to have your shipment re-sent to you, you will have to pay return shipping and $5.00 service charge.
