RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

For items that are made to order we do not provide refunds or returns.  If an item brought either online or at the showroom's shelf  have requests for any design changes additional charges will applied for services. No returns or refunds will be made for items.

Cooling-Off-Period
24-Hour Cooling -Off Period: Clients may cancel their order within 24 hours of booking. Any funds paid will be refunded, minus the cost of any materials, and consultation service fees will be deducted from the refund due. 

Workshops & Classes

A reserve seat will only be made once full payment has been received. Payments must be received at least two days before the workshops/class sessions begins. There will be no refunds after 24 hours from purchase. Payments for workshops/classes
may not be transfer nor used as credit towards another workshop/class. All digital content such as videos, visual classes, PDF patterns, are for personal use only, and all digital down loads are final.
