This Saucer fascinator hat has rose flowers covered on brim base. The center of base is trimmed with organza flowers and feathers. Colors: are pink satin roses  and red organza flowers. Inside brim edges are trimmed with organza flowers. The brim circumference measures: 15 " X 15" X2", fully lined, with Alice headband (to secure hat to head).
